Our latest Open Evening took place on Wednesday 20th September 2017 between 4 and 7pm, and was a great success thanks to all the parents and primary pupils from our local community who attended. Our teachers and student guides were available on the evening to help answer questions and show visitors around school.
If for any reason you couldn’t attend our Open Evening but would like to come on another school day, we’d be happy to arrange a personal tour for you. Just get in touch with us by phone, or email us with your name, your child’s name, your contact number and email address via our ‘contact us‘ page.
Here is some of the feedback we received from parents who attended our Open Evening in 2016:
“I attended the open evening yesterday with my wife and daughter. Firstly can I just say how impressed we were with the two pupils Jessica & Joshua who gave a very comprehensive guided tour. They were dressed smartly, were extremely polite and knowledgeable and presented themselves as ambassadors for your school impeccably.”
“I cannot recall being in a school where all the teachers appeared so really happy, not just because they were speaking to parents but to actually be part of the school.”
“Can I highlight a special thanks to the two young ladies who showed us around, they were extremely helpful, full of information and so polite and courteous. They are a credit to your school.”
“I believe first impressions do count and our first impression was really good.”
We hold Open Evenings after the start of each new academic year where we open our doors to visitors, and especially welcome parents of Year 5 and 6 pupils who would like to get a taste of what life is like here at The Prescot School.
