We were delighted to welcome Mohammed Amin MBE to school this morning to speak to our year 9,10 and 11. He posed several questions to our students and asked them to think about, “how they could succeed in life, what does success means to them and why do some people succeed but not others”.
Mr Amin spoke about his own family, background and education and reminded students that all of their choices made a difference to themselves and to the world we live in and that they had to be responsible for their own actions.
Mr Amin took the time to answer questions that the students put to him and was happy to answer fully and share his own experiences. Our students really enjoyed meeting and listening to Mohammed Amin. His talk was very inspirational and encouraged aspiration for the future amongst the pupils.
His view was that life was not easy but through hard work and good choices we can all achieve our potential.
