Below are some of the immunisation services offered in school through the local NHS Immunisation Service.
The number of children catching measles is rising. The safest and most effective way to prevent measles is to ensure your child is fully vaccinated with MMR vaccine. Your child should have two doses of MMR to maximise protection against measles. If you are unsure if your child has had two doses please contact the immunisation service on the number below.
In England, girls and boys aged 12 to 13 years are routinely offered the 1st HPV vaccination when they’re in school Year 8. The 2nd dose is offered 6 to 24 months after the 1st dose.
