- Salary: £30,559- £32,654 pro rata per annum (actual salary £27,197 - £29,724)

The Prescot School wishes to appoint a keen, enthusiastic and highly motivated Science Technician with a good record of academic achievement and competent IT skills.
The Prescot School is situated in a state of the art, 21st century building, situated on the outskirts of Prescot, approximately ten miles from Liverpool City Centre. We are an 11-16 school which opened in September 2016 as a converter Academy linked to the outstanding ‘The Heath Family Trust’.

Experience working in a school or industry laboratory environment is highly desirable. Technicians play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Science Department and it is essential that the successful candidate is confident in providing technical assistance and student support in a classroom/laboratory environment.
