Administrative Officer

  • Salary: £21,732 - £23,410
  • Contract: 29.6 hours per week (4 days per week but could be worked over 5 days per week). Term time plus three weeks
  • Start date: To commence as soon as possible
  • Closing date: Friday 26th July 2024 at 12 noon
  • Interviews: w/c Monday 29th July 2024

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an Administrative Officer. The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing administrative services to the Principal, as well as HR and general office admin support to the school under the instruction / guidance of the Principal / School Business Manager.

The role is primarily to assist with administrative duties relating to the needs of the Principal, as well as assist the School Business Manager with HR administration. Any additional time will be spent performing general administrative tasks under the direction of the Office Manager. The role will suit candidates with excellent office skills and some knowledge of HR. Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential. There will be opportunities for training and development for this role.
